“Over nearly three decades, I have been fortunate to learn from exceptional leaders, colleagues, mentors and experiences across engineering, manufacturing, infrastructure and business.

I have also been fortunate to live through a period in South Africa’s history that created opportunities that previous generations did not have. From studying engineering during the country’s democratic transition to serving in executive leadership, business ownership and board roles, my journey has been shaped not only by personal effort, but by opportunities that many people worked hard to create.

This website exists because I believe knowledge has little value if it is not shared.

I don’t want to be the smartest guy at the cemetery.

I want to pass on what I have learned while I still have the opportunity to do so. Through leadership insights, manufacturing excellence, artificial intelligence education, mentoring and practical lessons from my professional journey, my goal is to contribute in a meaningful way to the next generation of leaders, engineers, professionals and entrepreneurs.
